Education & Experience Kwabena presents with 16-plus years of active field experience, a BSc in Geology, and excellent exposure to the management of exploration projects, mainly in an operational capacity.  He has honed his short to long-term planning and project management skills during his progressively successful career which has been consolidated by an MBA and PHD in Mineral Policy. His diverse competencies in several mineral exploration techniques, grade control work management, soil geochemical and geotechnical surveys, logging, and especially drilling have proven to be a winning combination for managing the completion of exploration projects on time and to budget, often in challenging environments. He has worked with both local and multi-national companies which includes Johannesburg Consolidated Investment, Atlantis Mining Limited and Ashanti Goldfields Limited, etc. He has worked as a consultant for the World Bank , both major and minor Exploration and Mining Companies including in Ghana, Guinea and Mali. A number of mining firms includes JCI, Anglo American Ltd, Newmont, Goldfields, Mincor Resources and West African Iron Ore etc.
